Welcome to the Arctic Exchange

The Exchange brings an evolutionary concept in networking and business information delivery – one that is designed to meet your specific objectives, justify your time out of the office and bring you a greater conversation and interaction within The Arctic Community.

The Exchange will be held on the 23rd March 2017 and is being held in Stockholm. It will be focused around creating an unparalleled level of discussion, unsurpassed peer networking and an ideal environment for idea generation.

The agenda for the day is broken into sessions, these will consist of a 3 short 15 minutes presentation (on the main stage) followed by a reactionary round table discussion round tables for general discussion and note taking. It is ideal to deliver a more concise and clear message, as well as allows for a greater impact and impression to be made. Exchange Members will have the choice of what table they sit, what specific topic table you will be sat at for presentations and general discussion.

This ensures all sessions are very interactive with perfect possibilities for knowledge sharing and cooperation. At the end of the day all presenting individuals will take part in a panel discussion where all questions and points raised from the round table discussions will be addressed.

Another distinguishing feature of an The Exchange is the opportunity for delegates to develop their own customised itineraries by choosing exactly what topic table they sit at during each session for the exchange.

The ability to tailor your Exchange program ensures that every moment at an Exchange reflects your company’s needs and interests.

Please search around the site for Arctic News and ways in which you can join us in Stockholm this year, as well as review our previous Exchanges with speaker profiles recommendations.

Thank you,

The Arctic Exchange Team
